Florida Licensed Electrical PE, Electrical Operations Lead

We are looking for a Florida licensed Electrical Professional Engineer to lead Myknoll’s electrical engineering and electrical project execution in Florida. This role is intended for someone who can take ownership of Myknoll’s electrical operations, including design direction, project coordination, permitting support, field execution, and oversight of project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and other electrical team members.

The right person should be able to lead the electrical work from design through construction support, coordinate with clients and permitting authorities, guide the project team, and sign and seal electrical engineering documents when required.

Active Florida PE license in Electrical Engineering

Industrial and commercial electrical power design experience

Experience with one-line diagrams, panels, switchgear, feeders, grounding, generators, UPS, ATS, and critical power systems

Ability to manage electrical project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and field teams

Familiar with NEC, Florida Building Code, and Florida permitting requirements

Ability to coordinate with architects, contractors, utilities, owners, and permitting authorities

Ability to support Myknoll’s Florida engineering business registration as qualifying agent is preferred

Authorized to work in the United States

Valid driver’s license

Ability to travel within the United States and internationally as required

Strong leadership and field coordination skills

Florida Licensed Mechanical PE, HVAC Operations Lead

We are looking for a Florida licensed Mechanical Professional Engineer to lead Myknoll’s mechanical and HVAC work in Florida.

This role includes mechanical design direction, project coordination, permitting support, construction support, and oversight of mechanical project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and field teams. The right person must be able to take ownership of the mechanical area from design through field execution and act as Engineer of Record when required.

Active Florida PE license in Mechanical Engineering

Commercial and industrial HVAC design experience

Experience with commercial, industrial, and mission-critical mechanical systems, including HVAC, critical cooling, airflow, pressurization, humidity control, mechanical piping, drainage, fuel systems, and performance review.

Ability to manage mechanical project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and field teams

Familiar with Florida Mechanical Code, Florida Building Code, and Florida permitting requirements

Ability to coordinate with architects, contractors, utilities, owners, and permitting authorities

Ability to support Myknoll’s Florida engineering business registration as qualifying agent is preferred

Authorized to work in the United States

Valid driver’s license

Ability to travel within the United States and internationally as required

Strong leadership and field coordination skills
